The singer has returned to the spotlight this year following much-publicized battle with Drugs and the breakdown of her marriage to Bobby Brown. she topped the U.S album chart with her neww release. I Look To You. and now she has announced she will follow up the records with a world tour - her first since the My Love is Yours love tour in 1999.
